Fino ad oggi, questo connettore era stato utilizzato esclusivamente da ASUS nella sua linea <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"575\">BTF (Back-To-Front)<\/strong>, in abbinamento a schede madri e GPU pensate per build completamente \u201ccable-free\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"806\">Con l\u2019introduzione della nuova serie <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"712\">PhantomLink<\/strong>, <strong>SAPPHIRE<\/strong> compie un passo significativo verso l\u2019evoluzione del cable management nel mondo PC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"806\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-211159\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-3-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"811\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"885\"><strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"885\">PhantomLink: la risposta di SAPPHIRE alla rivoluzione senza cavi<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1127\">Il nuovo standard \u00e8 stato implementato su una variante inedita della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/recensioni\/schede-video\/sapphire-nitro-amd-radeon-rx-9070-xt-la-recensione-da-gaming-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Radeon RX 9070 XT Nitro+<\/a>, che integra il connettore GC-HPWR nella parte posteriore della scheda, eliminando completamente il bisogno di cavi di alimentazione frontali.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1499\">Parallelamente, SAPPHIRE ha mostrato anche una nuova scheda madre: la <strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1233\">Nitro+ X870EA WIFI PhantomLink<\/strong>, compatibile con il nuovo standard di alimentazione. Tuttavia, a differenza della filosofia &#8220;cable-hidden&#8221; adottata da ASUS, questa scheda madre mantiene ancora i <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1459\">connettori di alimentazione e I\/O nella posizione standard<\/strong>, ovvero sul lato visibile della scheda.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1499\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-211160\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1504\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1531\"><strong data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1531\">Un design a met\u00e0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1769\">Questa scelta ha sollevato qualche dubbio tra gli appassionati. Se da un lato la GPU supporta l&#8217;alimentazione senza cavi visibili, dall\u2019altro la scheda madre continua a mostrare i connettori, lasciando a met\u00e0 l\u2019esperienza \u201cclean build\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1999\">La situazione \u00e8 stata scherzosamente paragonata a <strong data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1889\">indossare pantaloni mimetici con un giubbotto ad alta visibilit\u00e0<\/strong>: un approccio ibrido che lascia perplessi su quale sia la direzione estetica e funzionale voluta da SAPPHIRE.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2004\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2050\"><strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2050\">Verso un nuovo standard industriale?<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2474\">Nonostante alcune incoerenze nel design, l\u2019adozione del connettore GC-HPWR da parte di SAPPHIRE rappresenta un <strong data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2210\">passo importante verso la standardizzazione<\/strong> di questo sistema. Se altri produttori seguiranno l\u2019esempio, potremmo assistere alla nascita di un <strong data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2364\">nuovo standard industriale per l\u2019alimentazione GPU<\/strong>, molto simile a quanto accaduto in passato con i connettori PCIe a 6\/8 pin e pi\u00f9 recentemente con il 12VHPWR.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2474\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-211161\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SAPPHIRE-adotta-il-connettore-GC-HPWR-addio-ai-cavi-visibili-per-le-GPU-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2737\">Ricordiamo che il connettore <strong data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2516\">GC-HPWR<\/strong> di ASUS \u00e8 stato progettato per gestire fino a <strong data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2572\">1000W<\/strong>, una capacit\u00e0 ben oltre le esigenze della maggior parte delle GPU attuali, ma perfettamente allineata con le richieste delle schede di fascia enthusiast del futuro.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2742\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2765\"><strong data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2765\">Disponibilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"3028\">SAPPHIRE ha confermato che i nuovi prodotti <strong data-start=\"2811\" data-end=\"2826\">PhantomLink<\/strong> dotati di connettore GC-HPWR saranno <strong data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2902\">disponibili entro la fine del 2025<\/strong>. Non sono ancora stati annunciati i prezzi ufficiali, ma \u00e8 lecito aspettarsi un posizionamento nella fascia alta del mercato.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3030\" data-end=\"3033\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3054\"><strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3054\">Conclusione<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3406\">Con questa mossa,\u00a0<strong>SAPPHIRE<\/strong> dimostra di voler abbracciare le innovazioni che migliorano non solo le performance ma anche l\u2019estetica e la facilit\u00e0 di assemblaggio dei PC moderni.
