Tale indiscrezione \u00e8 stata rilasciata da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igorslab.de\/en\/chip-is-not-equal-to-chip-first-information-on-the-possibility-to-binning-and-dispersal-at-the-force-rtx-3080-andrtx-3090\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Igor&#8217;s Lab<\/a>, secondo il quale, almeno con i primi modelli di schede Ampere con processo produttivo Samsung 8nm, ci potrebbero essere differenze sostanziali tra la resa di una GPU piuttosto che un&#8217;altra a parit\u00e0 di modello. Tale comportamento dovrebbe riguardare i chip di fascia alta, ovvero il top di gamma <strong>Ampere GA102<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Differenti-qualita-di-silicio-per-le-schede-video-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-30.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-155705\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Differenti-qualita-di-silicio-per-le-schede-video-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-30-1024x624.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"624\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I partner di NVIDIA potranno scegliere di utilizzare per realizzare le loro soluzioni grafiche Ampere, ben tre diverse tipologie di chip in base alla qualit\u00e0 del silicio offerto: <strong>Bin 0<\/strong>, <strong>Bin 1<\/strong> e <strong>Bin 2<\/strong>. Bin 0 costituisce una qualit\u00e0 media del silicio, Bin 1 una buona qualit\u00e0 del silicio e Bin 2 un&#8217;ottima qualit\u00e0 del silicio.<\/p>\n<p>Igor&#8217;s Lab \u00e8 stato in grado di fornire una percentuale dei vari chip, quantificata rispettivamente con il 30%, il 60% e il 10% per Bin 0, Bin 1 e Bin 2. Posa dobbiamo pertanto attenderci da queste differenti qualit\u00e0 di silicio?<\/p>\n<p>Come ben sappiamo la GPU Ampere GA102 sar\u00e0 utilizzata per realizzare le soluzioni GeForce RTX 3090 e RTX 3080. Partento da questa considerazione \u00e8 chiaro che chi comprer\u00e0 le schede video RTX 3080 avr\u00e0 pi\u00f9 possibilit\u00e0 di rientrare in quel 30% di chip con una qualit\u00e0 del silicio media.<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e0 del silicio \u00e8 decisamente importante per la resa del chip. Migliore infatti \u00e8 il silicio e pi\u00f9 alta \u00e8 la probabilit\u00e0 di ottenere una scheda che scaldi meno a parit\u00e0 di frequenza perch\u00e9 necessita di una tensione inferiore per funzionare correttamente.
