L&#8217;altezza complessiva del dissipatore, ventola inclusa, \u00e8 infatti di appena <strong>77 mm<\/strong>, mentre le dimensioni sono pari a <strong>133,5 x 122 x 77 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una differenza importante rispetto alla precedente serie riguarda il sistema di installazione della ventola. Sull&#8217;AXP120-X77R la ventola da 120 mm poteva essere posizionata sia sopra sia sotto il corpo dissipante; il nuovo AXP120-X77 supporta invece esclusivamente il montaggio <strong>sopra il dissipatore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La struttura termica sfrutta <strong>sei heat pipe da 6 mm<\/strong>, collegate a una base in rame puro <strong>C1100<\/strong> con finitura nichelata. Una configurazione pensata per trasferire rapidamente il calore dal processore al corpo dissipante, mantenendo al contempo un ingombro verticale ridotto.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ventola slim da 120 mm fino a 3150 RPM<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A completare il sistema troviamo la ventola <strong>Thermalright TL-B12015 EX<\/strong>, un modello da 120 mm caratterizzato da uno spessore di soli <strong>15 mm<\/strong>. Nonostante il profilo estremamente sottile, la ventola raggiunge una velocit\u00e0 massima di <strong>3.150 RPM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Secondo le specifiche dichiarate dal produttore, la TL-B12015 EX offre:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flusso d&#8217;aria:<\/strong> fino a 83,61 CFM;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pressione statica:<\/strong> fino a 3,4 mmH\u2082O;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Velocit\u00e0 massima:<\/strong> 3.150 RPM;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rumorosit\u00e0 massima:<\/strong> 37,07 dBA;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuscinetti:<\/strong> dual bearing;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connettore:<\/strong> 4-pin PWM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Il controllo PWM consente di modulare la velocit\u00e0 della ventola in funzione della temperatura e del carico del processore, contribuendo a trovare un compromesso tra capacit\u00e0 di raffreddamento e rumorosit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Compatibilit\u00e0 con Intel e AMD<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Il Thermalright AXP120-X77 \u00e8 compatibile con un&#8217;ampia gamma di socket Intel e AMD. Sono supportati i socket <strong>Intel LGA115X, LGA1200, LGA1700, LGA1851, LGA2011 e LGA2066<\/strong>, oltre a <strong>AMD AM4 e AM5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La compatibilit\u00e0 con LGA1851 rende il dissipatore interessante anche per sistemi basati sulle piattaforme Intel pi\u00f9 recenti, mentre il supporto ad AM4 e AM5 ne amplia l&#8217;utilizzo sulle piattaforme desktop AMD.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Prezzo ancora da definire<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Thermalright ha previsto per l&#8217;<strong>AXP120-X77 una garanzia di sei anni<\/strong>, un periodo particolarmente esteso per un componente di questo tipo.
