Con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermal-grizzly.com\/en\/phasesheet-ptm\/s-tg-ps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PhaseSheet PTM<\/a>, Thermal Grizzly colma il divario tra la pasta termica tradizionale e i pad termici in grafene o carbonio. Ci\u00f2 significa che i rispettivi vantaggi in termini di applicazione e conduttivit\u00e0 termica possono essere combinati in un unico prodotto.<\/p>\n<p>PhaseSheet PTM \u00e8 un pad termico che \u00e8 stato ottimizzato per applicazioni in cui i cicli di manutenzione sono molto dilatati nel tempo, in quanto questa pasta termica \u00e8 decisamente pi\u00f9 durevole delle tradizionali paste termoconduttive, ma non durevole quanto KryoSheet, ad esempio, che \u00e8 praticamente esente da manutenzione. La massima conduttivit\u00e0 termica di PhaseSheet PTM si sviluppa e si stabilizza dopo circa dieci cicli termici sopra i 60 gradi Celsius.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Thermal-Grizzly-presenta-il-pad-termico-PhaseSheet-PTM.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-195473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hwlegend.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Thermal-Grizzly-presenta-il-pad-termico-PhaseSheet-PTM-1024x923.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"923\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rispetto alla tradizionale pasta termica, la nuova PhaseSheet PTM mantiene una viscosit\u00e0 molto bassa allo stato liquido e si contrae di nuovo quando passa a uno stato solido, in modo che il cosiddetto effetto &#8220;pump-out&#8221; sia solo molto leggero. Con l&#8217;effetto pump-out, la pasta termica viene espulsa nel tempo, ad esempio tra lo spargitore di calore e la piastra di base del dissipatore della CPU.<\/p>\n<p>Le applicazioni per PhaseSheet PTM includono la sostituzione della pasta termica su vecchie schede grafiche. Anche i notebook traggono grandi vantaggi dalla nuova PhaseSheet PTM. Ovviamente tale pasta termmica \u00e8 perfetta per essere utilizzata atra processori e dissipatori della CPU.
